How fast can I start my next build? We offer three shipping tiers across the USA to get your project onto your workbench:

Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you can’t wait to snap that first piece together.

Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
RETURNS & MISSING PIECES
What is your return policy? We want you to love your build. We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed kits within 30 days of delivery.
What if my kit is missing a piece? We know how frustrating a missing piece can be. If your set is incomplete, please contact us at info@grandgrid.myshopify.com with the part number from the manual, and we will ship the replacement piece to you immediately at no cost.

What is the recommended age for your kits? Safety and enjoyment are our priorities. Every product page features a recommended age range and difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Master) to help you find the perfect challenge.
